Meet Our Leadership

Marcia Kania joined Lanco Integrated as the Chief Financial Officer in April 2023, bringing with her a rich history of expertise in diverse financial roles.  With her vast experience and commitment to excellence, Marcia Kania is set to provide critical financial leadership at Lanco Integrated.

Before joining Lanco, she served as the Regional Controller for North America at Markem-Imaje, where she was responsible for Controllership activities for the US, Canada, and Mexico. At Velcro Companies, she managed the accounting functions and consolidation for the Americas region and played a pivotal role in year-end financial reporting.

Prior to joining Velcro Companies, Marcia spent many years with C&S Wholesale Grocers where she held various roles during her tenure.  As Director of Accounting and Finance, she managed large teams, orchestrated comprehensive financial reporting, and drove initiatives that fostered efficiencies.  During her time at Reader’s Digest Association, she held roles in internal audit, finance, and system implementations.

After graduating from Pace University, Marcia began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and earned a CPA in the State of New York.
