Expandable

The modularity of the Lanco Standard Transport System makes it easy to expand or contract as production demands change. Customers can initially create a semi-automatic system for small runs or low speeds, and later add more automation as production requirements increase.

Modular

System elements can be rearranged or redeployed as product life cycles change. Allows for gradual shift from manual or semi- to fully automated production.

Economical

The Lanco Standard Transport System is economical to operate, with a significant reduction in motor power consumption due to belt travel over rollers reducing wear and particulate generation, and an efficient motor and gearbox combination.

Fast & Efficient

Unique in the industry, the Lanco Standard Transport System makes the most of cycle time by utilizing multiple stop positions and/or multiple parts on a single pallet. This feature often eliminates the need for duplicate stations to make rate, reducing overall cost.

Ease of Maintenance

The system is maintenance friendly. Lanco keeps all component parts, including endless transport belts, in-stock. The drive and automatic belt-tensioner mechanisms allow a belt change in less than 60 seconds.

Transfer Pallets

Precision aluminum transfer pallets deliver durable, accurate workpiece handling from station to station. Side and center guidance maintain consistent pallet orientation throughout the system, while indexing capability supports multiple parts per pallet for faster transfers, lower cycle times, and more cost-effective automation. Each pallet includes guide pins, mounting hardware, and a leading-edge bumper.

Pallet Lifting Devices

Built for high vertical-force applications, pallet lifting devices raise and support pallets with precise stopping and positioning for stable, repeatable operation. Available in standard and XY-adjustable versions, they offer up to 14 kN capacity, expandable to 28 kN with optional post assemblies, with the XY version adding fine x-y adjustment for optimized alignment in demanding press and automation applications.

Track Mounted Pallet Stops

Direct-mounted pallet stops deliver precise pallet positioning and reliable indexing at the track, with guide rail options for station positioning, traffic control, and queued pallet handling.

Table Mounted Pallet Stops

Designed for automated table-module stations, table mounted pallet stops provide the same precise positioning as track-mounted versions, with added X-Y adjustment for easier alignment.

Cushioned Pallet Stops

Cushioned pallet stops reduce impact shock and noise during pallet stopping, making them ideal for loose-part transport and other applications that require gentler handling.

Intelligent Routing for Smarter Production. Direct pallets exactly where they need to go with flexible gating, spur tracks, and bridge tracks powered by pallet coding.

Magazine Gating

Designed for perpendicular spur tracks, magazine gates create compact manual or automated work areas and can be configured for reverse-loop operation when repeat processing or opposite-side access is needed. Includes Middle, Left, and Right Magazine Gates.

Parallel Track Gating

Built for parallel spur tracks, these gates add flexible side-track routing for workstations, repeat-pass processing, and space-saving layouts along or at the corners and ends of the main loop. Includes Parallel Middle, Left, Right, and End Gates.

Bridge Track Gating

Used for bypassing operations or creating custom spur paths, bridge gates give the system a flexible way to reroute pallets for alternate processing, multi-pass workflows, and custom line configurations. Includes In-Line Bridge Gate and Off-Line Bridge Gates.

Single Track Module

A versatile linear transport section that moves pallets efficiently through the system and serves as the core building block for loops, spur tracks, bridge tracks, and manual or automated workstations. Complete with mounts, belts, brackets, and a single drive, it offers flexible integration for a wide range of line layouts.

Double Track Module

A dual-lane conveyor section designed for compact loops, spur tracks, and manual assembly applications. With two integrated drives that can run in the same or opposite directions, it adds layout flexibility and supports efficient pallet flow in more complex system configurations.

Lift Gate Track Module

A convenient access solution that opens the transport loop for operators and maintenance without compromising system continuity. The lift gate replaces a standard 1-meter single track section and includes hinge and latch hardware plus a lift-assist damper for smooth, effortless operation.
