President and CEO
Bob Kuniega
Bob Kuniega has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lanco since September of 2021. He is also a serving member of the Board of Directors at Lanco.
Prior to joining Lanco, Bob has risen through a progressive series of assignments in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operational roles with Global Automation companies including Danaher, Parker Hannifin, and Mitsubishi Electric.
Bob has direct Global experience across numerous markets including Medical and Life Sciences, Automotive and Commercial Vehicles, Semiconductor and Electronic Assembly, Food & Beverage, Consumer Electronics, and Material Handling.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University along with Executive MBA certificates in Sales Management and Strategic Marketing from the University of Michigan.

Chief Operating Officer
David Walden
David Walden has been Chief Operating Officer at Lanco since January of 2018. He served as Operations Manager and COO of Systems from 2011 to 2018, and held the position of Lanco’s Control Engineering Manager from 1995 to 2011.
Prior to his time at Lanco, Dave spent several years building expertise in the controls programming and distribution field. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from WIT and an associate degree in Computer Technology from NHTI.
Dave is currently on the board of directors at GES Inc., the Engineering advisory board at NHTI and the Mechanical Engineering Technology advisory board at UMO.

Global VP of Sales and Marketing
Barry Rahimian
A highly insightful, resourceful and an accomplished business leader with unmatched diverse cultural, industrial automation, and global business management skills, Barry Rahimian has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in strategic planning, new business development, branding, product development, and operations management.
Barry has successfully developed, led, and managed many complex programs and has worked closely with Fortune 500 clients in the industrial (defense and aerospace), medical device, microelectronics, energy, automotive, semiconductor, and biotechnology sectors. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial and MFG Engineering from Oregon State University.
Barry has been a member of the Board of Advisors – OSU School of Mechanical, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (2006 to 2015), a Board member – NAATBatt International (2009 to 2016), a Board member – Global Vision 2030 (2015 to 2018), and a guest speaker at many international universities.

Chief Technology Officer
Tom LaNigra
Tom LaNigra has been the Global Manager of the Applications Engineering and Project Management teams at Lanco since January 2022. He has managed both groups for North America since 2001. Tom started with Lanco in 1993 as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later a Project Engineer/Project Manager.
Tom started his career at National Semiconductor. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maine in Orono.
Tom is currently on the Engineering advisory board at University of Southern Maine.

Chief Financial Officer
Marcia Kania
Marcia Kania joined Lanco as the Chief Financial Officer in April 2023, bringing with her a rich history of expertise in diverse financial roles. With her vast experience and commitment to excellence, Marcia is set to provide critical financial leadership at Lanco.
Before joining Lanco, Marcia served as the Regional Controller for North America at Markem-Imaje, where she was responsible for Controllership activities for the US, Canada, and Mexico. At Velcro Companies, Marica managed the accounting functions and consolidation for the Americas region and played a pivotal role in year-end financial reporting.
Prior to joining Velcro Companies, Marcia spent many years with C&S Wholesale Grocers where she held various roles during her tenure. As Director of Accounting and Finance, Marcia managed large teams, orchestrated comprehensive financial reporting, and drove initiatives that fostered efficiencies. During her time at Reader’s Digest Association, Marcia held roles in internal audit, finance, and system implementations.
After graduating from Pace University, Marcia began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and earned a CPA in the State of New York.
