Lanco Integrated Divests Ownership of Lanco Integrated GmbH & Co. KG
Westbrook, Maine, August 30, 2021– Lanco Assembly Systems, Inc DBA Lanco Integrated has divested its ownership of Lanco Integrated GmbH. In a transaction completed August 30, 2021 Lanco sold the Winterbach, Germany business to Private Assets AG.
